Earth Systems is excited to work with the City of San Luis Obispo on a new Cultural Arts District Parking Structure. The location is at the intersection of Monterey, Nipomo, and Palm streets and is expected to be completed in 2025. The parking structure will have five stories, one of which is underground. It will add 397 parking spaces to the community. 41 of these will have electric vehicle charging stations, with room for more in the future. There will also be 32 bike racks.
The area will also include a pedestrian-friendly Cultural Arts District. A new SLO Rep Theater is planned near the parking structure, with a planned opening in 2026–2027. The History Museum, SLO Museum of Art, and the SLO Children’s Museum will also be close by.
