This project involved the development of a new Gavilan College Campus on vacant land in an unincorporated area of San Benito County near Hollister, California.
During the design phase of the project, Earth Systems’ scope of work consisted of a geotechnical engineering investigation and a geologic hazards report for the initial three buildings to be constructed.
Earth Systems was retained to provide geotechnical observation, materials testing, and special inspection of soil, concrete, masonry, steel, bolting and spray-applied fireproofing during construction.
