Earth Systems conducted a geotechnical engineering investigation for the Resort Spa Expansion, an Administration building, and a parking garage.
The project covers approximately 5.6 acres of Tribal Trust land located east of Bob Hope Dr and south of Ramon Rd in Rancho Mirage. The project included the expansion of the ACCRS gaming area by up to 58,000 sf, meeting space by up to 41,000 sf, food/beverage/retail space by up to 25,000 sf, the development of up to 310 new hotel rooms in 364,000 sf of hotel space; and the development of approximately 120,000 sf of commercial uses in the southern portion of the project site.
The casino expansion included the addition of over 12,000 square feet of gaming space and over 250 new slot machines and table games.
