Earth Systems conducted a geotechnical engineering investigation for the planned Agua Caliente Casino Resort Spa Expansion, an Administration building, and one proposed parking garage.
The project covers approximately 56 acres of Tribal Trust land located east of Bob Hope Dr and south of Ramon Rd in Rancho Mirage. The project included the expansion of the ACCRS gaming area by up to 58,000 sf, meeting space by up to 41,000 sf, food/beverage/retail space by up to 25,000 sf, the development of up to 310 new hotel rooms in 364,000 sf of hotel space; and the development of approximately 120,000 sf of commercial uses in the southern portion of the project site.
