Meng Wei Lu, PE, GE is a geotechnical engineer with Earth Systems’ Ventura office. Since joining Earth Systems in 2015, Meng Wei has distinguished himself through technical expertise, dedication to quality, and a hands-on approach that exemplifies our core values. A licensed Civil and Geotechnical Engineer, he provides project management and technical oversight on a wide range of geotechnical investigations and construction support services, including grading, caisson drilling, earth retention systems, seismic mitigation, slope stabilization, stormwater infiltration, and paving.
Meng Wei’s broad project experience—from single family homes to school campuses —adds practical depth to his design capabilities and supports successful outcomes for our clients. His leadership is evident not only in the quality of his work but in his mentorship of junior staff and his collaborative approach with multidisciplinary teams.
Meng Wei holds a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering with a geotechnical focus from UCLA and a Bachelor’s from National Chiao Tung University in Taiwan. He is an active member of ASCE, APWA, and CalGeo.
