In the hills of west Paso Robles, L’Aventure Winery crafts exceptional wines that embody the region’s terroir. Founded by Stephan Asseo, the 127-acre estate includes an 8,200-square-foot underground wine cave built in 2012 for natural temperature control and land preservation.
Earth Systems provided geotechnical engineering, inspections, and construction monitoring for the original build and a 5,500-square-foot expansion in 2022, as well as for new and expanded administration, tasting, and storage facilities supporting the winery’s continued growth.
