The Poly Canyon Village Parking Structures are part of an approximately 30 acres development which provides approximately 2,700 beds in an apartment-style student community on the campus of California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. The parking structures are four stories of cast-in-place concrete construction, with approximately 950 parking spaces each.

Earth Systems certified technicians and inspectors provided construction monitoring, as well as testing and inspection services for the Poly Canyon Village project on the campus of California Polytechnic State University. Earth Systems services included:
