The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will transition to a new performance-based standard for testing hot-mix asphalt (HMA). The new standard is expected to be implemented statewide July 2014.
R. Holt Gordon, Jr., Earth Systems’ Controller Retires
After 21 years of professional service, R. Holt Gordon, Jr., controller with Earth Systems, retired in December. Holt began his employ with Earth Systems in 1992 as accounting manager, becoming controller in 1996.
